맛짱은 주말에 형님댁에 김장을 하러 다녀왔어요.
1박2일루~, 김장김치 잔뜩 가지고 오니 마음이 든든합니다.

오늘은 서울도 영하로 기온이 갑자기뚝~ 하지만 김장을 하여서 그런지...아무 걱정도 없네요.
피곤은 하지만..마음은 편한 휴일 입니다.

몸이 천근만근.. 피곤하지만 ~
배시계는 시간마다 .. 정확하게 밥을 달라해요.
우찌나 정확한지.. 대단한 배시계지요?~ㅎㅎ

해서! 오늘은 아주 간단한 전골요리를 만들었어요.

시판용 우동에 집에 있는 재료를 조금식 더 첨가하여
맛을 업그레이드한 우동전골이랍니다.

매콤함 청양고추를 넣어 얼큰한 국물맛을 내었고,
약간의 갈비살(or소고기)를 넣어 진한 국물맛을 내었답니다.

조금은 피로가 덜 풀린상태.. 약간의 귀차니즘이 있을때 만들기 좋은 요리!
간단하고 만들어 푸짐하게 먹울 수 있는 우동전골이랍니다.

좀 전에 만들어 맛있레 먹은 따끈한 국물요리, 오늘 날씨에 딱 맞는 우동전골~^^
